1. Our approach
Supriya Travels collects only the information needed to arrange your travel and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address.
- Trip details such as pickup and drop points, travel dates, passenger count and flight numbers.
- Payment references such as a UPI transaction reference. We do not store card numbers or bank account details on this website.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or through the enquiry form on this site.
3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on our contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. It simply opens WhatsApp on your device with your details written into a message, which you then choose to send. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have received nothing. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and give you a quote
- To arrange, confirm and operate your booking
- To contact you or your driver about the trip while it is running
- To keep records for accounting and legal purposes
- To respond to questions or complaints after the trip
5. Sharing your information
We share your details only where it is necessary to run your trip. That may include the driver assigned to you, a partner operator on a route we do not cover ourselves, and hotels or permit authorities where your booking requires it. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Cookies and website analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add a web analytics tool such as Google Analytics, it may set cookies that help us understand which pages visitors use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to browse this site or to call us.
7. Third party services
Some parts of this site rely on services run by other companies, including Google Maps for the map on our contact page, Google Fonts for typefaces and WhatsApp for messaging. When you use those features, the relevant company's own privacy policy applies to the data they collect.
8. How long we keep information
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.
9. Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop sending you promotional messages at any time. Contact us using the details below.
11. Children
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
